Everyone needs a little Christmas Heartbreak

In the past few days, I somehow managed to add 6,000 words to "Primary Partners" because:


  1. It seemed very important to me that my heroine be in love with Mr. Wrong before realizing who Mr. Right is
  2. Essential that her calamitous romance should culminate in someone being dumped after a kiss under the mistletoe.
  3. And all this required my adding the month of December to the manuscript



My darling du jour: Sadly, this was not the first time Josh had ever stepped into a lodge belonging to the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.

*snerk* Prom my sophomore year was held at the BPOE in the huge metropolis (read: big enough to have a BPOE) of Logansport, IN. I was one of 2 sophomores invited. Woo.
